Server unavailable

Hi people,
I’m a begginer with MyQTT, and I couldn’t connected the basic , please help me out.
I’m using MQTT Explorer to test the server, and I configurate as show bellow

I also tried with port 1883 without tls, but i get the same result.

What I doing wrong?
