Login impossible

Hi!
I obviously saved a wrong password and can’t login to https://myqtthub.com any more. Is there a way to recover the password? I don’t have any ClientID to provide.

If there is no way to recover the password: how is it possible to get my account deleted completly?

Try this. Use the following to launch password recovery:

MyQttHub -- How to recover my password -- Admin user

Use recover function provided at login interface. Just click on login (without entering anything). That will cause login failure and recover password button to show up: Click to force login failure: [image] Now click to recover password button: [image] Then enter your clientId (mail address) to initiate password change process: [image] You will receve a link for password change if clientId matches.

When you are asked to introduce your clientId, use the email address you used to subscribe to the platform. It is the same email you are running in this forum.
