Use recover function provided at login interface. Just click on login (without entering anything). That will cause login failure and recover password button to show up:

1. Click to force login failure:

   

2. Now click to recover password button:

   

3. Then enter your clientId (mail address) to initiate password change process:

   

4. You will receve a link for password change if clientId matches.

Please note this seems not to work on Chrome:hushed:, but works great in Internet explorer

What’s the error you are getting with Chrome? We have tested it with Chrome too :-?
