Unable to raise a topic in MyQttHub EN category

Dear support team!

I have a particular question falling under MyQttHub category, however when I’m logging in to https://support.asplhosting.com, I don’t have this topic available to post in it, neither in the drop down list of categories when creating the topic, nor in the topic itself - the “New Topic” button is greyed out.

Is this category restricted for new topics or am I doing something wrong?

Hello Andrey,

For some reason, your account didn’t acquire access to MyQttUsers Group. This is now fixed so you should be able to post to #myqtthub-en and #myqtthub
